Dave and his team did a wonderful job helping me through the mortgage process for my new home. It can feel like a lot but Dave made it easy to understand, was always available for questions (day and night) and really cared about getting me the best rates/deals on my mortgage. Everything went according to plan and we closed on time!

By far, this was the fastest, smoothest and least complicated mortgage loan application (all on-line) process I've ever experienced. Current interest rates are certainly higher than just a few years ago, but we were able to get a rate somewhat lower that I had anticipated (so, good news). I'd certainly and strongly recommend Dave H. and Peak Lending Team to anyone who's looking for a mortgage. Too bad I can't give 6 stars.

David was absolutely wonderful to work with! I was previously speaking with a bank lender for about a month, and went shopping for different rates as soon as I found a house I was interested in buying. David not only worked up a better rate, but found first time home buyer programs that I could quality for within hours after speaking with him over the phone. The bank didn't even look that deep into programs the entire month I was speaking with them. David was with me every step of the way to answer all my questions and even speaking with my parents after hours since this was my first time going through the home buying process. He is so patient and professional. Even stepping in to help speak with a representative to one of the Freddie Mac programs I had a call scheduled with where my assigned agent ended up missing in action. I was in a panic and worried that it would delay my closing, but David helped reassure me and spoke with the company which ended up assigning another agent to do my call later that day. I would highly recommend him to anyone! I do have a few friends looking to buy their first homes within the next couple of years and will definitely be referring them his way!!
